How To Place An Order

Order Three Ways

We gladly accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

To place your order online:

1. Search for the products you would like to purchase from HandiWorks.com.

2. When you find the products you would like to buy, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.

3. As soon as you have added all of the items you want to your shopping cart, click "View Cart" and make sure that you have the correct amount of items in your cart.

4. Click the Checkout button.

5. If you are a registered user type your username and password and loggin. If you are not a registered user, click "New User" and you will be prompted to type in your shipping and billing info.

6. You will be asked to confirm your order before checkout is complete

7. After placing your order, you will always be able to check on the status of your orders(s) online by logging into your account and clicking "track my order" at the top of the page.

Ordering Information:

Payment Terms: We accept: PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. 

Minimum Order is $2.50 (not including shipping). 
Return check fee: $25.00.

Individual customers must prepay for all orders, either by Credit Card, PayPal, Check, or Money Order.
Federal and State agencies may be billed.
Terms of payment: Net 30 days.
a) Purchase Voucher form must be filled out completely and mailed or faxed to HandiWorks. FAX 1-888-412-8680
b) For out-of-stock items, please indicate what you would like HandiWorks to do... (i.e.: No backorders, hold back order or extra days, etc.)

International Orders: All International orders must be prepaid (in US Dollars)  either by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. We accept international orders from our web site but the shipping cost will not show in your total. Before we ship your order we will email you the cost of shipping to be added to your order. You must send us a return email telling us that you accept the shipping charges before we can ship your order. We will then add those shipping charges to your total. If you prepaid your order by credit card we will charge the shipping charges to your credit card. If you paid by PayPal, we will email you a PayPal money request for the additional shipping charges. Once we have received the entire payment we will ship your order.

Shipments: Domestic orders will be sent by United States Postal Service (USPS) to all states in the continental United States. For items returned not due to our error, shipping charges will be billed when reshipped. Damages must be reported to shipping company upon receipt of package(s) within 72 hours. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Additional shipping may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Sales Tax: Michigan State shipments are subject to Michigan State Sales Tax. Any organization claiming a tax exemption must supply a copy of your exempt organization certification or resale certificate.

Defective Merchandise: We will gladly replace the item at no charge if notified within 72 hours of delivery.

ShortagesHandiWorks must be notified within 72 hours after you receive your order. 

Product SubstitutionsHandiWorks reserves the right to make suitable similar substitutions without prior notice.

Special and Custom Orders: There are no returns on special and/or custom orders.

Prices & DiscountsCurrent online prices supersede all previous prices. Quantity discounts are available. Please contact us for more information.

Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days. Please make sure that you get prior authorization within 30 days from the shipping date. Please make sure that you let us know the reason for the return, and return the item in its original packaging. We are sorry, but used products will not be accepted for return. No returns are excepted if product is not in good and resalable condition, MUST be in original manufacturer?s packaging with all documentation.
