Deluxe Harness Sleeve for "Standard" Handle

Deluxe Harness Sleeve fits over the "Standard" harness handle (as pictured) and stays secure. Our signs (sold seperately) slide easily into the front clear pocket. There is a back pocket for pickup bags and/or treats. Trimmed in 3M Scothlite reflective tape.
